Because leaving slowly matters.
This is Easter with space to talk, to rest, to reconnect, and to enjoy being somewhere quietly special.
A Hosted Experience. Not a Package
This weekend is shaped around hosting, not activities.
Your hosts are present throughout your stay, welcoming you, preparing meals, guiding experiences, and creating an atmosphere that feels warm but unforced.
There’s no schedule to follow and nothing you need to organise. You can join everything or opt out and move at your own pace.
That’s the difference between staying somewhere and being hosted.
Dining Over Easter
Easter dinner is served as a three-course set menu, prepared with seasonal ingredients and designed to be enjoyed slowly.
The evening begins with hosted drinks and nibbles, followed by a relaxed dinner in the lodge dining room.
Breakfasts are continental, unhurried, and ready when you are.
We are happy to cater for most dietary requirements with advance notice.
Nature, Gently Woven In
Between meals and rest, nature is always close:
Paddle out on the lake in our kayaks
Join a guided glowworm experience after dark
Wander forest tracks or sit lakeside with a book
Watch the light change, the mist lift, and the day slow down
Nothing is compulsory. Everything is available.
